Job Summary

The Data Annotation Team Leader will oversee a team responsible for annotating data used in AI and machine learning projects. This role focuses on managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality data annotations, optimizing workflows, and maintaining team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data annotators.

Ensure high-quality, accurate data annotation through regular audits and quality checks.

Define, enforce, and update annotation guidelines.

Monitor team performance and provide continuous feedback and training.

Optimize workflows and identify process improvements.

Collaborate with data scientists and project managers to meet project goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in team leadership and data annotation.

Strong understanding of machine learning and data annotation principles.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Experience with annotation tools and platforms.
