About the Team The Datacenter Development team is responsible for site selection, acquisition and delivery. As the Data Center Commercial Manager you will be responsible for the following: - Formulating Data Center site selection strategy. - Working with our Data Center tech team, network team, finance/legal/tax and policy team to perform data center capacity planning, design, evaluation, construction and project management. - Lead and develop strategic agreements with vendors, landowners and key suppliers for space and utility services. - Work with external stakeholders and service providers to support feasibility discussions and contract negotiations with power grids, economic development agencies, public utility companies. - Responsible for sourcing and maintaining relationships with Data Center suppliers; focuses on negotiation in contract and SLA, expanding or creating agreements to maintain and expand existing data center size, network size.

Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree with proven years of relevant work experience - Experience in collocation agreements, site selection for industrial-scale projects, real estate evaluation, acquisition, development, construction, utility agreements negotiation and management. - Experience in economic development policy, infrastructure development, contract drafting and redlining, and presentation development. Preferred qualification: - Possessed established personal/professional network in power & land market insights and government relationships in APAC. - Experience with the data center sector within APAC, establishing infrastructure in new markets. - Creative thinking capability and provision of both commercial and technical solutions.
