About the Team The Datacenter Development team is responsible for site selection, acquisition and delivery. As the Data Center Security Program Manager, you will be responsible for the following: Responsibilities - Security Program Manager is responsible for managing the Access Control System, Intrusion Detection Systems, and Video Surveillance System within Bytedance Data - Provide initial diagnostic to troubleshoot system issues and determine the root cause to decide which team can help solve the issue or if a vendor is needed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help define system requirements - Manage vendors that perform Enterprise Access Control system installation - Manage the Access Control System, Intrusion Detection Systems, and Video Surveillance Systems, including system monitoring, programming, reporting and troubleshooting - Validate, test and support the implementation and maintenance of all Access Control System design specifications and standards - Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of daily system support requirements with various support teams such as IT Service Delivery Management, IT Security, Network and System teams - Provide reports of tasks and systems health in scope - Basic understanding of cybersecurity and ability to provide support in implementing system improvements to ensure secure computing and business continuity

- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other IT/Security related qualifications - 2+ years of experience with configuration and management of Lenel Access Control Systems - Must possess a high degree of integrity, be trustworthy, and have the ability to lead and inspire change even without authority - Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills - Direct hands-on experience with IP Cameras, NVRs and Access Control Systems - Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio applications. - Enjoys solving technical problems and challenges. - Experience with server installation, maintenance and database administration ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
