Job Description
The Data Center Site Server Operations Lead oversees day-to-day management of data center operations teams, resolving problems, creating solutions for global computing and network architecture. Responsibilities include leading site initiatives, managing escalations and project implementation, hiring, coaching, and developing teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives. This role requires implementing and driving a safety culture, fostering a diverse and collaborative environment, and engaging in community relations. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 10 years of experience managing technical teams in server hardware installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Experience in data center operational leadership, managing managers, and working with various operating systems (e.g., Linux) is essential.

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience managing technical teams in charge of installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, or maintaining hardware servers and its components.
- Experience in site-level data center operational leadership.
- Experience in developing and managing managers.
- Experience with different operating systems (e.g., Linux). Experience with developing network architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in data center environments, including building and operating large-scale infrastructure.
- Experience with Linux/Unix system administration.
- Knowledge of networks and computer hardware architecture, including maintenance and repair.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of managers and teams within data center operations.
- Work together to identify and resolve problems and create solutions for our global computing and network architecture.
- Lead site level initiatives and manage escalations and manage the implementation of projects within the team.
- Hire, coach and develop a team while achieving business goals and ensure data center-related priorities are consistent with company objectives.
- Demonstrate the ability to implement and drive the safety culture at the site, while fostering an inclusive, diverse and collaborative team environment and engage in community relations.
