The Corporate Data & Analytics Team at Enverus is seeking a Data Engineer to develop and implement data solutions for various business tasks and initiatives. The role involves designing and implementing data models, creating data validation rules, building data pipelines, and collaborating with stakeholders. The engineer will also monitor data infrastructure and ensure high availability. The team is looking for someone who can work independently but also welcomes feedback. This role requires a strong understanding of data modeling, experience with Snowflake and DBT, and experience deploying and monitoring services on AWS, with a focus on Lambda and S3.
Must have:
- 5+ years of Data Engineer experience.
- Deep understanding of data modeling and database management.
- Production experience in Snowflake.
- Production experience with DBT.
- Experience in deploying and monitoring services on AWS.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
Good to have:
- Knowledge of analytics and visualization platforms.
- Collaborative individual, looking to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently while also welcoming feedback.
- Comfortable context-switching between simple and complex tasks.

The Team
The Corporate Data & Analytics Team is seeking a team-oriented Data Engineer who is excited to take on the development and implementation of data solutions for various business tasks, projects, and initiatives that are integral to the success of the organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Designing and implementing data models for efficient storage and high-performance retrieval
- Creating and managing data validation rules and processes to ensure data quality
- Building and managing data pipelines for reliability and scale
- Working with team members and stakeholders to understand data requirements and needs
- Monitoring data infrastructure performance and taking proactive steps to maintain high availability
What You Should Have:
- 5+ years of Data Engineer experience building and delivering solutions
- Deep understanding of data modeling and database management
- Production experience in Snowflake, including managing users, permissions, and roles
- Production experience with DBT to transform, enrich, and deliver high-quality data models
- Experience in deploying and monitoring services on AWS, with a focus on Lambda and S3
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Knowledge of analytics and visualization platforms
- Collaborative individual, looking to learn and grow
- Ability to work independently while also welcoming feedback
- Comfortable context-switching between simple and complex tasks
