우리 팀(프로젝트)을 소개합니다. 

The Data Platform Team at KRAFTON is responsible for collecting data generated from various games and publishing platforms, and for building and operating the infrastructure that reliably delivers this data.

We process a wide range of data—including gameplay logs, platform service logs, and data from external APIs—through both real-time and batch pipelines to support analytics and platform services.

We collaborate closely with game studios, platform engineers, analysts, and other cross-functional teams. We’re looking for someone who enjoys collaborative problem-solving and is not limited by role or technical boundaries.

• Design, develop, and operate streaming-based data pipelines that collect game and platform data
• Operate and manage multi-region / multi-cloud environments for Kubernetes-based infrastructure
• Standardize and automate data ingestion pipelines from third-party APIs and external platforms
• Develop and optimize real-time and batch workflows using Apache Spark
• Build and maintain admin tools and monitoring systems (e.g., Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus)
• Enhance system operations with a focus on data quality, idempotency, and service reliability

이런 경험을 가진 분과 함께 성장하고 싶습니다! (필수요건)

• 5+ years of experience operating Kubernetes-based services in AWS environments
• 3+ years of experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines in Kubernetes using tools such as ArgoCD and Atlas
• 3+ years of experience automating infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform
• Hands-on experience developing streaming or near real-time data pipelines using Kafka, Kinesis, or similar messaging systems
• Experience deploying and managing monitoring systems such as Datadog, Grafana, and Prometheus
• Competencies
  • Interest in and ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies (e.g., AI, infrastructure, data)
  • Strong communication skills to align priorities and requirements across diverse teams
  • Ability to quickly troubleshoot and respond to incidents and system failures
  • Experience designing and operating systems with reliability and scalability in mind
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively in both Korean and English

• Experience operating Kubernetes infrastructure in multi-region or multi-cloud environments (e.g., Azure, GCP)
• Practical experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or ClickHouse
• Experience reliably collecting and processing large-scale data from various sources
• Experience designing and operating backend services in production environments
• Experience ensuring operational reliability through SLA management, idempotent design, and incident recovery mechanisms
• A passion for games and a solid understanding of the gaming domain
