Summary

The Data I/O Support Trainee at Phantom FX will coordinate asset transfers, manage data storage, archive and restore data, ensure data security, collaborate with artists and production teams, handle client sends and downloads, manage physical media, work a shift pattern as needed, coordinate global review sessions, work with clients and the imaging department on review specifications, set up and test telecommunication devices, and coordinate material delivery for reviews. The role requires strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication, basic understanding of file formats and resolution, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, India, suitable for freshers to those with one year of experience.

Coordinating the transfer of assets.
Managing data to ensure storage resources are used efficiently.

Ensuring the security policies and procedures of PhantomFX and its clients are fully
adhered to.
Coordinating with artists, Production and Editorial to ensure required assets are available.
Fulfil client sends and downloads.
Manage the tracking and allocation of physical media drives both internally and externally.
Working a shift pattern occasionally to support the global needs of the business.
Coordinating review session between multiple sites and clients globally.
Work with clients and imaging department on review specs on projects.
Setup and test all telecommunication devices and platforms.
Coordinating delivery of all material for reviews.

Requirements

Essential Skills:
Highly organized
Good project management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to work within a team towards a common goal
Basic understanding of common file formats and resolution.
Looking for freshers to 1 yr experienced candidates
Must maintain confidential data.
