Job Description

The Pregnancy & Parenting division of Everyday Health Group seeks a Data Operations Executive to manage and process data requests on a central database. Responsibilities include running standard processes to generate data outputs, suppressing/deleting records, creating client reports, and optimizing processes. The role involves working with internal customers and contributes to data protection compliance (GDPR). This part-time (20 hours/week) hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote) reports to the Finance Director, with daily oversight from the Database Manager. The position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong numeracy and Excel skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

The Role
The Pregnancy & Parenting division of Everyday Health Group is seeking a Data Operations Executive to join the team.  This role will be part of a small internal team that maintains, manages and processes data requests on a central database holding the information of our community.  This role plays a key role in maintaining the highest quality of output and supporting the sales and account management teams to deliver on our client’s high expectations. This role, while not requiring pre-existing knowledge of Data Protection, performs a key part in our compliance and will also benefit from on-the-job training relating to GDPR.  
 
The successful candidate will report into the Finance Director as head of the Operations functions, with day-to-day oversight and support coming from the Database Manager. The work schedule is  20 hours per week/ 5 days a week.  This position is located in Bourne End, Bucks office  (Hybrid - 3 days in Office/ 2 days at Home)
 
Key Responsibilities
 
·   Running standard processes based on an internal briefing document using the Company’s database system to generate counts and outputs of data. 
·   Running standard processes to suppress and delete database records as per consumer requests.    
·   Running reports for clients on a recurring basis using standardized forms and formats.   
·   Working with internal customers to optimize outputs and processes.    
 
Must haves
 
·   Methodical in approach
·   Logical thought process
·   High attention to detail
·   Good levels of numeracy
·   Good Excel skills
·   Communication and problem-solving skills 
·   At least 1 year of working in an office environment
·   GCSE Math and English passes
 
A Big Plus 
·   Any experience working with data and database systems.   
·   A working knowledge of GDPR or basic data protection (even limited)   
·   A Levels or equivalent
