We're looking for a Data Product Manager to join our rapidly growing company. We are looking for a brilliant, organized and creative person. Someone with talent, passion and experience. In this position you will create the products and tools that empower Data Scientists, Analysts , BI developers, Gen AI and Algorithms users to increase overall efficiency and deliver an optimized and personalized experience to millions of players.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle of product initiatives: from ideation, user research and roadmap to detailed specifications to development to launch including field training
- You will work with all relevant cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth, and efficient implementation
- Connect different stakeholders across the organization from development, internal teams, other product teams, support etc
- Plan and drive execution of the product roadmap
- You will find opportunities for key initiatives to improve the product and user experience and drive the whole company forward
- Ensure that clients’ expectations are met throughout the implementation and delivery
Requirements
- 3+ years experience delivering highly successful and innovative data products preferably Machine learning, Gen AI , BI and Algo products
- An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking
- Prior experience in data architecture (stream and batch)
- Knowledge with data pipeline/data flow/ETL & ELT processes
- The drive and follow-through required to accomplish complex goals.
- You should love the excitement of taking an idea, making a plan, and executing it
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to bridge gaps and collaborate across all teams in the company
- Self-starter with the ability to work through ambiguity
- A proven ability to run complex technical projects in a dynamic environment
- Work experience in Agile development lifecycle setting
