About the team Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, workplace service, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company. Responsibilities 1. Responsible for the construction of data products in the field of Human Resources and management, providing standardized data-related HR products and capabilities for various business teams within the company; 2. Aims to improve the efficiency of the HR team's data usage and be responsible for overall data acquisition and utilization efficiency; 3. Oversees the implementation of data products, including the design of underlying data models, the creation of data dashboards, and the operation of dashboards, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery; 4. Coordinate and manage the collaboration between R&D and business teams, ensuring the smooth operation of the entire product and research system while fully aligning goals, paths, and resources.

Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above; 2. Strives for excellence, has a curiosity for exploration, and demonstrates the ability to learn new knowledge and skills across diverse fields quickly. Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience in human resources systems, data management or practical operations, with a preferred background in science or engineering fields such as statistics, applied mathematics, or computer science; 2. Excellent communication skills, resilient, and able to manage multiple projects at a time.
