Responsibilities - Responsible for large-scale data (structured/unstructured) acquisition and application projects within monetization business, exhausting both data and business utilization on all data assets, to realize potential value in the big data domain and apply methods to extract key values through establishing the feature system for unstructured materials. - Manipulate complex data assets and AI-powered projects from problem definition to final execution and global localization. - Define key metrics to track success or prioritize features, and translate requirements of large data initiatives into smaller actionable items. - Champion data literacy within the organization and drive adoption rates. - Conduct market assessments, user interviews, and testing to map out data personas and consumer profiles. - Set objectives and key results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) and track usage to identify opportunities for improvement. - Streamline the process to secure timely and effective delivery. - Mentor and grow individual Product Managers.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business, Management, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business, Management, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: - Translating data using SQL, Python, Tableau, and Excel; - Project management, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven business strategies; - Product data analysis, modeling, and reporting to assist business develop business strategies and insights; and - Analyzing data, building and maintaining datasets, and creating dashboards for product planning and marketing. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $211536 - $232223 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
