The Data Analyst will help build out the analytics capabilities for the Technical Support organization under SVP's guidance. The position will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data in Salesforce and other databases. The position will also help set in place methods to store data and transform it in a useful manner that can produce reports and analysis based on the current analytical needs of the support organization. Once the foundation has been set, they will work with various internal teams to further create metrics and aggregates to reveal patterns and trends in the raw data. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of gathering data across multiple systems, clean up, aggregation, analysis and post analysis. They should have experience (either professional or educational career) with data storage, cleanup and manipulation in technologies such as Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Power Point, Power BI), Jira, R, Python, and Salesforce (or other similar databases).
What you’ll be working on
- Instrument the entire user experience, including test variants
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data in Salesforce and other databases
- Build and refine custom reports for Support Leadership and Product Management to assist with outlining team performance and trends
- Define and protect data quality standards through updated release notes
- Store and transform data into useful form, for easy consumption by other team members
- Create metrics and aggregates to reveal patterns and trends in the raw data
What you bring to the role
- Bachelor's degree in technical field; or equivalent work experience
- 0-1 years’ related experience
- Analytical and data driven mindset
- Experience with Salesforce and Jira
- Exposure to data storage, cleanup and manipulation technologies for solutions like Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Power Point, Power BI), Jira, R, Databricks, Python or similar.

The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is $48,960 - $54,163. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
