Reenbow is an innovative EdTech company developing an AI-powered learning platform that generates personalized educational content and maintains high learner engagement. We are exploring the power of Large Language Models (LLMs) to create intelligent conversational agents for training. We are seeking a Data Scientist AI to enhance this aspect. Your responsibilities will include designing, testing, and optimizing advanced prompts for various educational scenarios, training and fine-tuning LLM models to create conversational agents, prototyping and deploying intelligent AI agents, creating workflows with modern AI frameworks, collaborating with the product team on new AI features, and conducting active strategic research on LLM advancements.

Reenbow est une EdTech innovante qui développe une plateforme d'apprentissage boostée par l'intelligence artificielle, capable de générer du contenu pédagogique sur mesure et de maintenir un haut niveau d'engagement chez les apprenants.
Nous explorons la puissance des LLM (Large Language Models) pour créer des agents conversationnels intelligents au service de la formation. Et nous cherchons un(e) Data Scientist AI pour renforcer cette dimension.
Tes missions :
Nous explorons la puissance des LLM (Large Language Models) pour créer des agents conversationnels intelligents au service de la formation. Et nous cherchons un(e) Data Scientist AI pour renforcer cette dimension.
Tes missions :
- Concevoir, tester et optimiser des prompts avancés pour différents scénarios pédagogiques (jeu, quiz, conversation tutorée ...).
- Entraîner et fine-tuner des modèles LLM (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral ...) pour créer des agents conversationnels adaptés à nos cas d'usage.
- Prototyper et déployer des agents IA intelligents, capables de guider, motiver et corriger les apprenants en temps réel.
- Créer des workflows avec LangChain, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, et d'autres frameworks IA modernes.
- Travailler avec l'équipe produit pour imaginer les nouvelles fonctionnalités IA de notre plateforme.
- Faire une veille active et stratégique : nouveautés LLM, frameworks open-source, benchmarks, paper cutting-edge ... et tester, toujours tester.
