Job Description

This senior data scientist role spearheads the development of next-generation analytics and machine learning software. Responsibilities include translating business problems into data science/NLP problems, leveraging Bayesian modeling and probabilistic programming (Pyro, PyMC, Stan), and utilizing machine learning expertise (Python, PyTorch). Strong expertise in statistics, mathematics, and engineering is crucial, along with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication is essential, both technically and interpersonally. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of statistics, machine learning, LLMs, and GenAI.

Must have:

Strong Statistics & Math expertise
Bayesian Inference & Probabilistic Modeling
Python, PyTorch & Probabilistic Programming
Exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills
Data Science/NLP problem translation
Excellent communication skills

Good to have:

Master's/PhD in relevant field
Data visualization experience
