Dew Software is seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team of digital transformation experts. As a Data Scientist at Dew Software, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and innovative approaches to solve complex business problems and drive strategic outcomes. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis, modeling, and visualization to bring value to our clients' business processes and decision-making capabilities. **Responsibilities**: Design and develop advanced analytical models, algorithms, and statistical methods to support clients' business objectives. Collect, process, and cleanse large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various sources. Conduct deep data analysis to understand complex business processes and patterns, and provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and formulate data-driven solutions. Develop and implement predictive models to support decision-making processes and help optimize business operations. Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, and proactively seek opportunities to apply them to clients' business needs.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in mongoDB, Python, R, NOSQL, postgres etc.
  • Strong skills in Python, SQL, and at least one statistical software package
  • Experience in machine learning, deep learning, and predictive analytics
  • Ability to process and analyze complex data sets using distributed computing tools
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Requirements

  • Experience in machine learning, deep learning, and predictive analytics
  • Ability to process and analyze complex data sets using distributed computing tools (such as Apache Spark)
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
