Job Description

The Data Transformation Lead (DTL) designs measurement solutions, secures client commitment for data integration, and establishes modern measurement foundations. This role involves driving client buy-in for Google platforms (Enhanced Conversions, GA4, Google Ads Data Manager, etc.), acting as the primary contact for durable ad measurement, and promoting advanced AI offerings. The DTL will partner with clients to define data/measurement strategies, lead the 1P data integration cycle, and educate stakeholders on Google's advanced capabilities. Responsibilities include driving adoption of AI and coordinating internal/external resources for infrastructure implementation. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with Google advertising products and marketing measurement techniques.

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc).
  • 1 year of client-facing experience, with a track record of influencing across levels.
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables).
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Data, Measurement, and Analytics (DM&A) team for CG&E's Media and Entertainment vertical is at the core of unlocking growth for our Ticketing and Sports Betting advertisers. As a Data Transformation Lead (DTL), you will be accountable for measurement solution design and driving client commitment for key data integration capabilities by owning the durable measurement narrative with clients at all levels. You will establish modern measurement foundations that will ultimately drive better media outcomes and accelerate AI Innovation through follow-on projects like lead scoring and predictive bidding. You will drive executive influence by articulating the business value of durable measurement, coordinate the efforts of external and internal resources to accelerate infrastructure implementation.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers to define data/measurement strategy and roadmap successful execution.
  • Lead the 1P data integration and durable measurement business cycle for performance and lead generation advertisers across Google buying doors (e.g., Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform).
  • Drive conceptual client buy-in and adoption of both foundational infrastructure such as Enhanced Conversions, Enhanced Conversions for Leads, gTag, GA4, and advanced usage of Google Ads Data Manager, sGTM, PAIR, etc.
  • Act as the primary contact for durable ad measurement and 1P data ingestion in Google platforms, leveraging deep expertise to educate and influence stakeholders.
  • Drive adoption of Google's more advanced AI offerings. This extends beyond the AI capabilities currently embedded within our Google Ads products to deliver enhanced value to our customers.
