Job Description

This Data Transformation Lead role focuses on helping Google's large clients leverage Google's AdTech and MarTech solutions. Responsibilities include building relationships with advertisers/agencies, working cross-functionally with sales and product teams, developing business cases for data and measurement capabilities, owning the sales cycle for key data solutions, and acting as a liaison between partner teams to ensure project completion. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with Google products (e.g., Google Ads, DV360), big data and data warehouses, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in SQL, databases, and automation techniques.
Must have:
  • 8+ years experience in relevant field (media analytics, advertising sales etc.)
  • Experience with Google products (Ads, DV360, etc.)
  • Big data & data warehouse experience (DSPs, CDPs, DMPs)
  • SQL, database, automation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis, or 6 years with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with client partners to identify technical challenges and opportunities, promoting AdTech and MarTech solutions, and leading project planning.
  • Experience working with Google products (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Ads Data Hub, or Google Cloud) and with big data and data warehouses (e.g., DSPs, CDPs, DMPs, targeting, etc.), as well as tag management systems and web analytics.
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time-management, prioritization, and verbal and written presentation skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Build knowledge on how Durable Measurement Infrastructure Strategy helps customers overcome unique industry and ecosystem challenges.
  • Identify, cultivate, and own relationships within advertisers/agencies, and develop senior business partnerships with strategic customers and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product/Technical specialists, and Google partners to synthesize technical and strategic business requirements into cohesive business cases.
  • Own sales cycle for key data and measurement capabilities and tech infrastructure to drive customer adoption and growth of Google’s solutions, and develop/manage sales pipeline for product adoption progress.
  • Triage handoffs for implementation, acting as a liaison between key partner teams and ensuring project completion.
