Job Description
The Business Planning team at Apple Music is in charge of managing the Profit & Loss (P&L). This team is primarily focused on the overall health of the business, with a strong emphasis on revenue growth and continuous cost optimization, especially concerning Apple Music's rights holder partner deals. The Deal Planning & Assessment Expert will focus on rights holder partner deal architecture and assessment. This role involves developing financial structures within rights holder partner deals, assessing the financial impact of existing and proposed license agreements, and effectively communicating recommendations to business leadership.
The Business Planning team is responsible for managing the P&L for Apple Music. The team’s primary focus is ensuring the overall health of the business, with a tight concentration on revenue growth and continuous cost optimization, particularly with respect to Apple Music’s Rights holder partner deals. We are looking for a Deal Planning & Assessment Expert to join our team, focusing on Rights holder partner deal architecture and assessment. This role will be responsible for developing financial structures within Rights holder partner deals, assessing the financial impact of current and proposed license agreements, and effectively communicating recommendations to business leadership.
