As a Deal Strategist III at Google Cloud, you will analyze opportunities, create business agreements, and execute transactions throughout the business cycle. You will serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to Google Cloud’s Sales teams, developing and executing commercial structures for strategic opportunities. Responsibilities include advising the Google Cloud Business team on commercial structures, supporting customers with agreement interpretation and administration, validating agreement packages for accuracy and compliance, and facilitating alignment and communication between sales teams, stakeholders, and external partners. The role requires experience in technology contracting, legal, or sales operations, with a focus on non-standard customer contracts and tailoring agreements to unique business needs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects.
