In this role you will be involved in the provision of financial due diligence, business valuation, M&A lead advisory and other corporate finance projects.
Participate in our major due diligence, valuation and M&A lead advisory projects in various industries
Review and analyse financial and other business-related information, write reports, raise questions to the company‘s management and staff
Discuss findings with team leaders, take part in client meetings and perform various research activities.
Work along with our top-rated Baltic Deals team and other Deals advisory teams from Global PwC Network
Have opportunity to work in dynamic, fast-paced working environment and possibility to learn business from inside different companies
Preferably have at least 1 year of previous work experience in corporate finance, business analysis, financial auditing, financial due diligence, business valuation or other related areas.
Have a university degree in Economics / Finance / Business Administration
Have a genuine interest in the Lithuanian business environment and you are able to see the big picture behind the details
Are self-confident, flexible and have positive approach that remains unchanged even in critical situations
Are fluent in English and Lithuanian
Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
Skills in advanced analytical tools would be an advantage
Have a professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CFA) or having a progress towards obtaining such, is an advantage
The monthly gross base salary for this position ranges from 1500 to 2200 EUR. Actual compensation depends on candidate qualifications, skills, and performance.
