The Tesla Delivery Advisor is responsible for providing an exceptional ownership experience to new Tesla customers. Key responsibilities include welcoming customers, preparing vehicles, conducting new owner orientations, updating the CRM system, supporting the Delivery Manager, contributing to process improvement, demonstrating product knowledge, and staying current with industry trends. The role requires excellent verbal skills, exceptional customer service, enthusiasm for the EV industry, cross-functional collaboration, proficiency with multiple systems (Salesforce experience is a plus), strong organization and time management skills, and flexibility in scheduling. A valid driver's license is preferred.
