Job Description
Trendyol seeks Delivery Cost Management & Reporting Professionals to monitor and report delivery costs, perform cost analyses, manage invoices from cargo companies, ensure compliance with contracts, support invoice automation, and prepare monthly P&L reports. Responsibilities include invoice reconciliation, cost estimation, price list management, profitability improvement projects, and contributing to cost reporting automation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of experience, advanced reporting and analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and SQL, and preferably e-commerce experience.

ABOUT THE TEAM
If you want to feel the heartbeat of Trendyol, you’re in the right place! The Operations Team manages end-to-end operational activities and development processes in the competitive marketplace. Within the Operations Team, there are six main focused disciplines: Planning, Analytics, Cost & Charge, Fulfillment Operations, Operational Excellence, Seller and Delivery Operations, Warehouse Design, and Business Intelligence.

Your Main Responsibilities
- Monitoring and reporting delivery related costs
- Making firm-based periodic cost analyzes
- Follow-up and control of invoices from cargo companies
- Managing the mutual invoice reconciliation and negotiation process with all cargo companies
- Inspecting the compliance of the costing process with the contract, determining and calculating reimbursement when necessary
- Supporting invoice data integration and invoice control automation project
- Making invoice and cost estimates
- Ensuring the price lists are up to date and accurate
- Performing income and expense analysis and preparing monthly P&L reports
- Managing projects aimed at improving profitability
- Contributing to the automation of cost reporting processes
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor degree from related departments of universitiesHave a minimum of 2 years work experience
- Advanced reporting and numerical analysis skills
- Solution oriented and proactive
- Strong communicator and able to follow work effectively
- Proficient in Excel and preferably SQL
- Preferably with experience in e-commerce industry

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.
We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August.
The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
