Job Description

The Tesla Delivery team in Taichung seeks a Delivery Operation Advisor to support the Delivery Advisor in providing exceptional customer ownership experiences. Responsibilities include assisting with customer requests, managing delivery documents (IDs, coordination with Customs, Government, Registration partners), updating the CRM system, supporting the Delivery Manager, contributing to process improvements, facilitating EV tax refund processes, and keeping abreast of industry trends. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, independent work capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and quick adaptation to new systems. Excellent organizational skills are crucial for managing high-volume data in a fast-paced environment.

What to Expect
The Tesla Delivery team is committed to providing the best Ownership Experience possible to our customers. This position is a great opportunity to join a world class expanding technology company and assist our Delivery Advisor with document support and coordinate license plates with registration vendor to serve customers and help them to take ownership of their new vehicles. And after delivery the role also need to arrange customer after service as tax refund or other request from customer.
What You’ll Do
• Helping Delivery Advisor with customer request.
• Sorting delivery document from customer such as IDs and coordinate with Customs, Government department , Registration partners…etc to follow our schedule.
• Regularly update the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely delivery information is available to management.
• Support the Delivery Manager in delivery center operations, task completion and ensuring superior customer service.
• Contribute ideas toward improving the Tesla delivery experience, as well as back end processes and procedures.
• Helping to apply EVs tax refund process to offer customer service.
• Keep up with industry trends and best practices
What You’ll Bring
• Detailed oriented, can handle high volume of data in an organized way.
• Strong ability to work independently, knowing how to prioritize tasks in a fast pace working environment.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the changes in the transportation industry.
• Good at work cross-functionally with logistics, Customs, Customer support, Vendors, Operation and Admin.
• Capable of understanding new information/systems at a rapid pace
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume.
• Excel formula & word function skills(ex:vlookup, mailmerge…) knowledge is plus
• Team management experience is plus
