The Delivery Operations Associate Manager will be involved in the procurement management team, focusing on sourcing goods and services to ensure the company's sustainability. This role involves identifying needs, finding and qualifying suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, and analyzing results. The responsibilities include analyzing and solving moderately complex problems, creating new solutions, understanding strategic direction, interacting with peers and management, and managing teams. The role may require working in rotational shifts. The individual will manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture. This role involves applying a systematic approach to buying goods and services, including understanding and applying requests for proposal (price and non-price factors) and RFQ (price only), and how to develop, execute, and analyze the results. The role requires the individual to collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to assess, screen, and select suppliers.
