The Delivery Operations Manager is a critical leadership role, responsible for operational excellence in the Belgian market. Key responsibilities include designing and leading end-to-end operations (order placement to delivery), analyzing and improving logistics, vehicle registration, fleet management, and finance/collections processes. This role requires building cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Delivery, and Service teams, leading and developing the Operations team, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Strategic planning and partnership with the Market Leader to drive growth are also essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, analytical abilities, and experience in change management. Fluency in English and Dutch or French is preferred, along with a valid driver's license.
