As a Delivery Operations Supervisor in Hisings Backa, Gothenburg, you'll oversee and manage car deliveries, ensuring efficiency and high quality. What to Expect

As Delivery Operations Supervisor you oversee and manage car deliveries in a designated geographic area, ensuring seamless, efficient and high-quality operations. Your role will a key part in driving operational excellence while maintaining a cost-conscious approach.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Order Operations, Finance, Enterprise, Logistics, and Service—to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do
  • Operational Leadership – plan, manage and execute vehicle deliveries to meet country targets. Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement in speed of delivery, quality and cost-efficiency.
  • Team Management – lead and mentor a team of five professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence and collaboration. Provide clear direction, structure and support to enable team members to perform at their best. Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews to track progress and development.
  • Collaboration – act as the central point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication. Work with internal teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and address customer concerns proactively.
  • Continuous Improvement – identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving – quickly address and resolve challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ensuring uninterrupted delivery operations
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a related field, preferably in the automotive or transportation sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a team.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
  • A results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving goals while maintaining high standards of quality and cost management.
  • Proficiency in using operational tools and systems; familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable and safe driving record and a minimum two years of driving experience.
