Job Description

The Demand Generation Manager - Field Marketing will lead the expansion of Workato's field activities across North America. This role involves developing go-to-market strategies and executing campaigns to generate and accelerate the sales pipeline. Responsibilities include owning and building the field marketing program, identifying and curating geographically focused campaigns, establishing repeatable processes, and tracking program results. The manager will collaborate with revenue leaders and marketing teams to align on programs and support pipeline and revenue goals. This position requires a strategic thinker capable of managing multiple campaigns and adapting to changes. The role also involves travel up to 30%.
Must have:
  • 4+ years of field marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in adapting product marketing messages.
Good to have:
  • Experience marketing to IT, Revenue Operations, Finance, HR persona.
  • Knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase and other MarTech.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated marketing professional to join our Commercial Demand Generation team as the Demand Generation ManagerField Marketing to take the lead in expanding Workato’s field activities across North America. You will be a critical contributor, working cross-functionally with multiple teams to develop our go-to-market strategy and execute campaigns to generate and accelerate the sales pipeline.

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

  • Own and build the overall field marketing program for North America.

  • Ability to identify and curate unique geographically focused campaigns and activities for different cities.

  • Establish and refine repeatable processes, templates, and best practices for regional events.

  • Responsible for tracking and reporting program results while closely monitoring event KPIs, lead flow, pipeline creation, and ROI.

  • Partner closely with revenue leaders, sales representatives, and different Marketing sub-teams to align on programs and support the team pipeline and revenue goals

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Soft Skills

  • At least 4+ years of field marketing experience and/or account-based marketing experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies.

  • Preferably experience in marketing to IT, Revenue Operations, Finance, HR persona.

  • Ability to manage and scale a portfolio of multiple campaigns simultaneously while balancing tight timelines.

  • A self-starter with high autonomy, strong project management skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to change with an exceptional level of attention to detail.

  • Ability to travel up to 30% when travel permits.

  • Direct experience adapting product marketing messages and growth campaigns for specified personas/territories, project managing integrated campaigns, and providing follow-up support to sales.

  • Knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase and other MarTech is preferred.
