Job Description

As Deputy Manager - Banking Alliance EDC Retail at Paytm, you will establish and manage bank tie-ups for EDC/POS deployments. You'll lead a team of BDMs to achieve sales targets and enrollments, driving lead generation and market penetration strategies. Responsibilities include overseeing branch activations, meeting Capex revenue goals, and building relationships with key industry players. The role requires 4-7 years of experience in sales or bank relationship management, strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and experience with EDC/POS or financial products is preferred. The position is based in Nagpur or Pune, Maharashtra.

Must have:

Establish and manage bank tie-ups for EDC/POS deployments
Lead and motivate a team of BDMs to achieve sales targets
Drive lead generation and market penetration strategies
Oversee branch activations and meet Capex revenue goals
4-7 years of experience in Sales or Bank Relationship Management

Good to have:

Experience in EDC/POS or financial products
