Job Description

As Deputy Manager - Banking Alliances - EDC Retail at Paytm, you will establish and manage bank tie-ups for EDC/POS deployments. You'll lead a team of BDMs to achieve sales targets and enrollments, driving lead generation and market penetration strategies. Responsibilities include overseeing branch activations, meeting Capex revenue goals, and building relationships with key industry players. The ideal candidate has 4-7 years of experience in sales or bank relationship management, strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and experience with EDC/POS or financial products.

Must have:

Establish and manage bank tie-ups for EDC/POS deployments
Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and enrollments
Drive lead generation and market penetration strategies
Oversee branch activations and meet Capex revenue goals
4-7 years experience in Sales or Bank Relationship Management

Good to have:

Experience in EDC/POS or financial products

Key Responsibilities:
