Design Producer needed for Larian Studios. Must have experience in game production, systems design, combat design, and UI design production. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Design Producer to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.

Responsibilities

Help, schedule, support, and drive the design teams
Facilitate communication across teams. Organize and moderate recurring calls, kick-offs, scrums. Structure communication with agendas, notes, action points.
Clarify and align expectations and requirements between teams.
Occasionally serve as an objective feature owner on a gameplay or user interface feature.
Help maintain scope and vision. Help playtest, review, collaborate with stakeholders. Manage feedback loops and review sessions.
Prioritize, triage.
Set up roadmaps and milestones. Help set up plans. Review and update the plan, follow up on its execution. Track work and react to new input.
Actively help teams reach their goals. Support, unblock, solve problems, get answers to questions, clarify, chase decisions…
Set up pipelines and processes for waterfall or iterative production.
Report: lay out tables, dashboards and overviews.

Requirements

Great verbal and written English skills.
Experience with game production, systems design, combat design, UI design production in game development.
Proficiency with Google Sheets, Jira, Miro, Confluence.
Self sufficient with computers.
Voice of reason and the reality check in the room
Problem solving skills, going into finishing mode, identifying correct priorities
Is a gamer and an RPG gamer.
