About the Team

We’re the Enterprise Sales team within the Sales & Success Supergroup. Our mission is to empower organisations of all sizes to communicate visually, collaborate seamlessly, and design at scale. From global brands to nimble disruptors, we partner closely with customers to unlock their creative potential with Canva. As a team, we combine strategic thinking, customer obsession, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-value outcomes and exceptional user experiences.

About the Role

As a Design Solutions Consultant, you’ll bring a rare mix of deep creative expertise, commercial savviness, and customer-centric thinking. You’ll leverage deep product expertise and industry knowledge to demonstrate Canva’s capabilities, guiding stakeholders in how Canva can be tailored to address their unique business needs, pain points, and workflows. Through customer-facing engagements and solution validation, you play a pivotal role in showcasing Canva’s value to drive efficiency and creativity at scale.

What you’ll do:

You’ll collaborate with a globally distributed team of Solution Consultants, creating a culture of excellence, creativity, and customer obsession.

You’ll partner closely with Enterprise Sales and Success teams to design high-impact customer solutions and strategic narratives that drive adoption and scale.

You’ll shape the future of Solution Consulting at Canva - building frameworks, playbooks, and assets that enable repeatable, world-class customer experiences.

You’ll become a trusted strategic advisor to top-tier customers, navigating complex needs and aligning Canva’s creative capabilities to deliver measurable outcomes.

You’ll be a strong internal advocate for our customers, partnering with Product, Brand, and Creative to influence Canva’s roadmap and customer journey.

You’ll raise Canva’s profile as a design and solutions thought leader through presentations, workshops, and executive-level engagements.

What we're looking for

You’re a designer at heart and a commercial collaborator in practice. You bring a strong creative lens to everything you do, backed by a portfolio or examples of design work that showcase your expertise in layout, branding, and visual storytelling. You thrive in translating design into business impact.

Proficiency in design tools: Hands-on experience with visual design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Miro, and high competency in Canva — or a keen eagerness to master it.

B2B Knowledge: Strong understanding of B2B and Enterprise business needs, including platform functionality, and technical validation.

Organisational & Collaboration Skills: You're skilled at juggling multiple priorities, aligning stakeholders, and driving workstreams forward — all while keeping communication clear and outcomes focused.

Confident facilitator & communicator: You’re comfortable leading presentations and workshops, translating complex concepts into simple, actionable insights that resonate across audiences.

Cross-functional operator: You collaborate well across sales, product, and creative teams, especially in high-growth, fast-paced environments where adaptability and curiosity are key.
