Overview

An expert in print & digital graphic design. Responsible for conceptualizing, designing and producing innovative and impactful marketing materials across mediums. This is a hybrid role, reporting into the office in Denton TX on Tuesdays and Wednesdays of each work week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualizes, designs and and produces appealing and compelling print materials including direct mail, in-store signage, etc. Conceptualizes, designs and produces digital materials including emails, web banners, etc
  • Develops innovative concepts and approaches to the design of print, digital, and video marketing materials. Drives new approaches to design challenges.
  • Responsible for ensuring all materials fit within the requirements of the assignment at hand as well as the overarching brand positioning, tone, look & feel and meet the goals of clear communication hierarchy of the messaging – always keeping the customer at the center of their design work.
  • Troubleshoots and provides innovative solutions to design and production issues to ensure that all pieces are high quality.


Qualifications;

  • Bachelors degree or related graphic arts degree with strong design portfolio
  • 5+ years graphic design experience
  • Proficient and strong hands-on working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign) - MAC environment
  • Experience in Adobe Acrobat preferred
  • Experience in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva and Figma not required but a plus

Working Conditions /Physical Requirements

  • The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.
  • The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, files, books, small parts; using a keyboard, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
