Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Engineer to join a leading law firm and enhance their enterprise desktop environment. This role focuses on engineering, deployment, and support of desktop solutions across a multi-site infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing MECM/SCCM, packaging and deploying applications (EXE, MSI, MSIX), troubleshooting desktop, mobile, and virtual environments, collaborating with IT and Security teams, and maintaining documentation and change management. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in desktop engineering or IT support.

- Familiarity with legal or enterprise applications
Must Have:

- Troubleshoot desktop, mobile, and virtual environments

- 5+ years in desktop engineering or IT support
- Strong PowerShell scripting and application packaging skills
- Experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, virtualization, and Active Directory
Desktop Engineer - Full-Time
Location: New York, NY | $170,000-$190,000 base salary
