The specialist will analyze information to identify risk areas and take ownership of testing new features from development to post-release. Working closely with the Lead QA to improve QA processes is also a key responsibility.

Must have:

2+ years of experience in QA
Strong understanding of QA concepts and processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Keen eye for detail

Good to have:

Experience working on mobile games
Experience working with Freemium business models
Experience leading a small team of testers
JIRA and Test-Rail

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a QA Test Specialist to help us ensure that all changes to our game are functional and all risks are reported before release. You will work with a variety of teams to test new features and bug fixes. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining test documentation and helping to improve our QA processes together with the Lead QA.

This is an embedded QA role which will have you collaborate closely with both Development and Production roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with a variety of teams to test new features and bug fixes
Compile reports and track progress
Proactively pick up testing requests
Create and execute test plans
Analyze information to identify risk areas
Take ownership of the testing of new features from development to post-release
Work closely with the Lead QA to improve QA processes
Create and maintain test documentation

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of experience in QA
Strong understanding of QA concepts and processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Keen eye for detail
