We are also busy working on a VR and undisclosed projects, more information on those to come later.

With over 20 years of experience, PCF sets out to explore new horizons. We aim to combine our expertise with the creativity of the best and most forward-thinking talents in the industry to work together on the new generation of action games for the global gaming community.

If you decide to accompany us on this journey, you’ll have a chance to perfect your craft and expand your knowledge, working alongside leaders in the industry on bringing a brand-new, unique experience to players worldwide.

Job Description

We aim to build incredible products and services that support, through deep collaboration, delivery of our portfolio of games. In this role, you’ll be leading both Production for one of our titles at PCF, either a project with an external partner or an internally developed IP. Both roles have the same core requirements, with the external project requiring experience in work for hire and managing the expectations of our clients as well as leading development across all discipline groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of a game title—whether in an internal development or work-for-hire model—overseeing all phases of development with a strong focus on quality. Partner closely with stakeholders, producers, and team leads to align on goals and execution.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external, ensuring clear communication of expectations and directing the team to consistently meet or exceed those expectations.
  • Build, develop, and maintain key business relationships critical to the project’s success, fostering trust and long-term collaboration.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, resourcing, goals, risks, issues, and dependencies. Proactively define mitigation and contingency strategies to minimize risk to timeline, scope, and budget.
  • Drive recruitment, resource planning, and vendor management to ensure the project is properly staffed and supported throughout its lifecycle.
  • Track and communicate project progress regularly, adapting plans as needed to accommodate scope changes while maintaining alignment with overall project objectives.
  • Lead the team in evaluating tradeoffs and prioritization, balancing business goals with technical constraints. Present data-driven options and collaborate with cross-functional leadership to drive decisions that optimize for quality, time, and cost.
  • Provide cross-disciplinary leadership, cultivating a strong, collaborative working relationship across all departments and ensuring a shared commitment to project goals.
  • Coach, mentor, and grow production staff, supporting their professional development and building a strong talent pipeline and succession plan.
  • Lead a team of Directors and Producers dedicated to the successful delivery of the project, ensuring alignment at all levels of leadership.
  • Deliver high-level reporting to executives and stakeholders, providing visibility into project status, risks, mitigation strategies, and overall schedule health.
