Job Summary
Smilegate RPG is seeking an experienced Development Project Manager for their Lost Ark Mobile project. Responsibilities include managing the overall development schedule, facilitating communication and collaboration between departments, and overseeing interactions with overseas partners. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of game development processes, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication skills. Experience with development process building, MMORPG projects, and managing large teams is highly preferred, along with experience collaborating with international companies and using tools like Confluence, Jira, and Hansoft.
Must Have
- Game development PM experience (2+ years)
- Understanding of game development processes
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Manage development schedules
- Facilitate inter-departmental communication
- Oversee overseas partner collaboration
Good to Have
- Experience building development processes
- MMORPG project experience
- Experience with projects of 50+ people
- Experience managing international collaborations
- Fluent English communication
