Playtech‘s Xenia and Marketplace Product Operations team is looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer with excellent analytical and teamwork skills.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Configure and improve monitoring dashboards and alerts for services.
• Manage configuration and assist deployments for applications.
• Debug and troubleshoot configuration-related issues.

Components for success. You...

• Bring over 5 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Possess a strong skill set in Linux and Networking.
• Have hands-on experience with Docker containers and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Are proficient with AWS cloud services (EKS, EC2, CloudFront, S3).
• Have a strong background in configuration management and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Are well-versed in CI/CD tools and processes, including Git, Jenkins pipelines, and Jenkins operator in Kubernetes.
• Possess essential programming skills in Bash.
• Thrive in collaborative and communicative environments.
• Are proactive, detail-oriented, and decisive.

You'll get extra points for...

• Holding a degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Having experience with Terraform.
• Being familiar with ArgoCD.
• Knowing how to use Helm.
• Programming in Python and Groovy for Jenkins pipelines.

Xenia and Marketplace Product Operations Team
The Xenia and Marketplace Product Operations Team at Playtech is dedicated to enhancing CI/CD pipelines, improving monitoring dashboards and alerts, managing configurations, assisting with deployments, and troubleshooting issues. The team leverages cloud technologies and modern solutions like Kubernetes, with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) as the standard for managing infrastructure. They support Playtech's Marketplace, a platform for managing casino content, and Xenia, a promotional tool for creating and monitoring real-time gaming campaigns. Both products are stable and well-established, with Xenia offering seamless integration and customization for engaging player campaigns.
