Job Description

SuperPlay is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their team and contribute to their technical solutions. The role involves working with technologies like Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and managing cloud and containerized architectures in GCP and AWS. Responsibilities include supporting production environments, designing and developing large-scale systems with CI/CD in mind, evaluating new cloud-native technologies, and providing solutions to production issues. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant DevOps experience in large-scale production environments, experience in infrastructure automation, configuration management, or container orchestration, and strong scripting skills.

Must have:

3+ years DevOps experience
Infrastructure automation experience
Experience with container orchestration (Docker)
Shell scripting (bash)
Public cloud administration (AWS, GCP)
CI/CD pipeline building
Experience with Helm charts

Good to have:

Advanced programming language skills
Solid understanding of Kubernetes and Terraform
Experience in the gaming industry

What will you do in SuperPlay?

Become a member of Superplay's DevOps team, reporting to an overseas manager.
Contribute to the team's technical solutions by working with technologies like Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, etc.
Design, implement, and manage cloud and containerized architectures in GCP, AWS.
Support multiple production environments and use cases, design, develop, and manage large-scale systems with CI/CD in mind
Provide "out-of-the-box" thinking about large-scale production issues
Evaluate new cloud-native technologies and vendor products to continuously improve our mainstream systems

Who are you?

3+ years of relevant DevOps experience in large-scale production environments
Experience in infrastructure automation, configuration management, or container orchestration (Docker)
Experience with shell scripts (bash) - a must, any advanced programming language - an advantage
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Hands-on experience administering public clouds (AWS, GCP)
Building CI/CD pipelines for microservices and applications
Experience with Helm charts
A solid understanding of container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, Terraform) is a plus
