THE ROLE

DevOps is a supporting team providing development support to all development teams within Toptracer. The DevOps team at Toptracer owns, builds, and delivers the central DevOps infrastructure to the rest of the development organization. As an engineer in the DevOps team, you will be working with the central parts of the CI/CD process and have an infrastructural responsibility for both our cloud-based environments and our on-premises solutions. Setting up servers, deploying, and maintaining infrastructure for both test and production.

You will also have a big impact on developing and simplifying our team's deployment process. The role offers 360 degrees of responsibility for the server environments for the collaborating teams to make sure Toptracer continues to deliver moments that matter. The team also maintains our regression and integration environments for our range deployed software. 

You are a quick learner who enjoys understanding new tech stacks and applying suitable technology to the tasks at hand. You are open-minded and can consider the pros and cons of multiple alternative solutions. You have a passion for CI/CD, coding, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of what a development organisation needs.

WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE

• 5+ years of DevOps Engineering experience
• Problem solver and helping R&D team get the world-class tooling.
• Experience in setting a solid Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery process
• Understanding of scripting, IaC, and Python
  
• System administration and general development in Linux environments
  
• Experience from working hands-on with cloud-based and physical servers
• Experience working with the network.
• Supporting the team with operational knowledge and responsibilities
• An interest in Back End development
• A proactive approach to problems
• Self-going and edgy spirit to set your own agenda and guide Toptracer on how to take the next step in CI/CD
