Role In this role, you will: Act as a Digital Accessibility Analyst supporting the Human Resources Product Operations . Conduct thorough testing of digital content and software to ensure compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.2, Section 508). Analyze results from accessibility testing and provide detailed reports on findings, including areas of non-compliance and recommendations for improvement. Evaluate digital products using assistive technologies like screen readers, voice recognition software, and other accessibility tools. Monitor and track accessibility compliance across all digital platforms, ensuring that updates and new features meet accessibility requirements. Work closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to document and address defects, as well as incorporate accessibility best practices into the design and development processes. Required Qualifications
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Proficiency in web accessibility evaluation tools such as WAVE, AXE, or JAWS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
Attention to detail,
Commitment to improving digital accessibility.
