Our new Digital Advisor for Financial services will be pivotal to building on our existing offerings to our financial services customers and driving the continued growth through focused customer engagement and proposition creation for this sector, the vertical with the highest growth rate for Version 1 today.

• Extensive experience of working with global financial services clients
• Obsessed with customer success and delivering on customer goals
• Deep understanding of the Financial services sector, including business and systems perspective as well as strong regulatory and commercial knowledge
• Strong enterprise architecture and solution architecture abilities and practical experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial focus and ability to build winning propositions
• Strong personal relationships across financial services sector, with IT and business leaders and with supporting industry partners
• Experience of leading complex deals, from solution definition through to pricing
• Track record of creating innovative commercial models to deliver customer value with cost competitiveness
• Strong awareness and understanding of industry technology trends including development approaches as well as data, cloud, AI technology innovation
• Curious and creative – constructing innovative solutions and differentiating against competition
• Great storytelling abilities, comfortable in public speaking / communication including video and events
• Strong technology perspective and understanding
• Wiling to travel to customers and meet with key stakeholders
• Able to lead and inspire others including technology colleagues working in these accounts
• Strong alignment to the Version 1 Core Values and Leadership Principle
