Digital Asset Manager

We’re looking to hire a Digital Asset Manager for an innovative technology leader, fosters a culture of innovation, design excellence, and inclusion empowering teams to build products that shape the future. 

You’ll join the Digital Asset Management team to lead the organization, management, and distribution of digital assets by developing scalable systems and workflows, ensuring quality and consistency, and collaborating across creative, technical, and subject matter teams. This is a 7–12-month contract opportunity. The role is located in Cupertino CA and is hybrid. 

Digital Asset Manager Responsibilities:  

• At least 8 years of experience in digital asset management, with a track record in managing a high volume of multiple types of deliverables 

• In-depth knowledge and experience with online content management for digital platforms 

• A smart, hands-on, and organized problem-solver who exhibits a high degree of ownership and accountability.  

• Can adapt to constant change and ambiguous situations while simultaneously driving complex projects 

• A quick, technically minded learner that is willing to grasp the numerous tools and systems 

Digital Asset Manager Requirements:  

• Partners and plans strategy with teams to develop workflows for asset ingestion, storage and delivery to partners while creating efficiencies. 

• Design, implement, and maintain systems for organizing and storing digital assets and ensure they have the ability to scale 

• Develop and enforce metadata standards to facilitate efficient searching, filtering, and organization of assets 

• Design and implement workflows for asset creation, storage, retrieval, and distribution 

• Ensure the quality and consistency of digital assets, including resolution, file formats, and branding standards 

• Manage the distribution of digital assets to various partners
