We are looking for a dynamic, passionate Digital Content Governance Specialist to join our vibrant Digital Marketing Center of Excellence! In this pivotal role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact by driving global content governance initiatives across our  websites. You'll ensure that content is not only accessible but also compliant, consistent with our brand, and of the highest editorial quality. We're looking for someone with a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for enhancing user experience.

We will count on you to:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive content governance frameworks that ensure accessibility, compliance, and adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Conduct regular content audits to assess quality and performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable strategies.

  • Ensure all website content meets accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and provide training to content creators on best practices.

  • Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to digital content, including data privacy and copyright laws.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and establish editorial guidelines that promote clarity and style across all digital content.

What you need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or a related role, with a focus on content governance and compliance.

  • Demonstrable experience with content management systems (AEM, Drupal, Joomla) and analytics/SEO platforms (SEMrush, Href, etc.).

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.

  • Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Proficiency in English
