This internship focuses on digital content creation and e-commerce operations. Responsibilities include sales planning, inventory management, collaborating with various teams (US E-commerce, APAC, Supply Chain), analyzing customer needs, planning e-commerce features for a seamless customer experience, reporting on business success metrics, managing stock replenishment, working with RDC for returns, collaborating with cross-functional partners, assisting in customer service, planning quarterly operational and promotional events, and analyzing release readiness reviews. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and fluency in English and Chinese. The candidate will also work closely with the consumer engagement team to develop marketing strategies.
