The Digital Content Transition Lead will be responsible for leading the migration of file storage from NetApp and Box to OneDrive and Teams. This includes coordinating cutover plans, communications, and stakeholder alignment across multiple departments. The role will also involve supporting Executive Assistants and departmental teams in migrating into the Teams ecosystem. Additionally, the lead will implement Microsoft Purview-based Legal Hold procedures and operationalize data retention policies. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading file and collaboration platform migrations, strong coordination skills, and a track record of delivering outcomes in short timeframes with high quality.
Must have:

  • Deliver outcomes in short timeframes.
  • Implement Microsoft Purview procedures.
Good to have:
  • Experience working with executive and legal stakeholders is a plus.

Why Lytx:

As we transition core file services and collaboration platforms to Microsoft 365, we are seeking a skilled migration lead to coordinate data transitions and support key user groups during the change. You’ll work closely with IT, Legal, Executive Administration, and department leaders to modernize storage, enhance governance, and drive adoption of Microsoft Teams and OneDrive.

 

You’ll Get To:

·       Lead migration of file storage from NetApp (SDHQ, Boston, Co-Lo) and Box to OneDrive and Teams

·       Coordinate cutover plans, communications, and stakeholder alignment across multiple departments

·       Support Executive Assistants and departmental teams in migrating into the Teams ecosystem

·       Implement Microsoft Purview-based Legal Hold procedures to support enterprise compliance

·       Operationalize data retention policies in alignment with internal and regulatory requirements

 

What You Need:

·       5+ years of experience leading file and collaboration platform migrations (NetApp, Box, M365)

·       Strong coordination skills, including stakeholder engagement and change management

·       Track record of delivering outcomes in short timeframes with high quality

·       Experience working with executive and legal stakeholders is a plus

 

 This contract role will work in a hybrid capacity out of the Lytx San Diego office.
