As a Digital Delivery PMO, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of digital projects within the organization. You will be responsible for project planning, resource allocation, risk management, governance, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, and reporting. This role demands a proactive individual capable of driving projects to completion while adhering to high standards of quality and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Oversight:
o Collaborate with the Products team to understand project scope.
o Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines in conjunction with vendors and internal teams.
o Ensure project execution aligns with agreed plans and scope.
2. Resource Utilization & Risk Management:
o Effectively allocate and manage resources across multiple projects.
o Monitor resource utilization, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
o Escalate potential risks to appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.
3. Governance:
o Establish and maintain project management standards.
o Ensure thorough documentation and updated project plans.
o Maintain governance frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance across all projects.
4. Stakeholder Communication:
o Act as a liaison between stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
o Address risks, concerns, and blockers by ensuring prompt communication with relevant parties.
o Follow up with stakeholders to resolve pending issues effectively.
5. Quality Assurance:
o Ensure projects meet all quality standards, including testing (SIT, UAT, performance, automated regression).
o Oversee the QA process and secure sign-offs from product owners.
o Escalate delays in defect resolution and testing progress.
6. Documentation & Reporting:
o Collect, analyze, and present data to create detailed reports with key performance indicators.
o Tailor reports for different audiences and meetings, providing relevant insights and updates.
o Collaborate with various departments to compile necessary data and insights.

• Proficient in quality assurance processes, including various testing methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with a strong ability to generate and present insightful reports.
Good to have Certifications:
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
