JOB DESCRIPTION: DIGITAL MARKETING & ECOMMERCE SUPERVISOR LOCATION: Chonburi or Bangkok POSITION SUMMARY: Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Supervisor is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and support online sales. This role manages digital campaigns, lead generation programs, website management, and agency/enabler coordination, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution across all digital channels. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Digital Marketing Execution * Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels (e.g. social media, website, ecommerce). * Build and oversee lead generation initiatives * Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to build awareness, online sales and acquire leads. 2. Website and SEO Management * Oversee company website updates, ensuring SEO optimization, user-friendly design, and accurate brand representation. * Coordinate website landing page updates for content updates, marketing campaigns and lead capture initiatives. 3. Ecommerce Collaboration * Coordinating with ecommerce enabler partners to ensure product content, promotions, and campaigns are aligned with marketing strategies. * Monitor online sales performance through enabler reports and propose marketing actions to support sales growth. * Support enabler partners with marketing assets, promotional calendars, and campaign initiatives.     4. Agency Coordination * Supervise and coordinate with digital agencies, media partners, and ecommerce enablers. * Ensure that deliverables meet brand guidelines, business objectives, and timelines. 5. Performance Analysis and Optimization * Analyze digital marketing and lead generation performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, other Martech tools). * Prepare regular reports and dashboards with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. * Track and optimize ROI across all digital marketing activities. 6. Market Monitoring and Innovation * Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, platform changes, and competitors’ activities. * Recommend actions to enhance performance and customer engagement.
