We are looking to hire a Performance Marketing Manager who can be a part of the Game District Family.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities will include:
- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy and execution plan
- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs
- Track and report on key performance indicators of media activity
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
- Develop test and learn initiatives across Paid Social
- Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently
- Create and manage Google Ad campaigns
- Create and manage Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads
- Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS
- Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
- You have solid campaign and channel analysis and reporting expertise, including Google Analytics experience.
- Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns
- Skills in search platforms including; Google AdWords
- 3+ years of experience
- You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
- You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
- You are open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver.
