Digital Marketing Intern

Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Intern in the Retention Team at STAGE, you will support and execute retargeting campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms. Your primary focus will be to help re-engage existing users, improve customer retention, and boost long-term value through data-driven campaign strategies. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, analytics, and learning how to create high-impact campaigns that drive meaningful business outcomes.

You will work closely with the Retention and Performance Marketing teams to understand user behavior and develop effective retargeting strategies. Your work will contribute directly to the retention funnel and help in building a strong user lifecycle journey.

What would you do?

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing retargeting campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Display, YouTube, Search).
  

• Collaborate with the retention and creative teams to define audience segments, messaging, and creatives for different user cohorts.
  

• Analyze campaign data to monitor performance, identify trends, and recommend optimizations to improve ROI and engagement.
  

• Support in building and managing remarketing lists and lookalike audiences using first-party data and CRM inputs.
  

• Help prepare weekly reports showcasing campaign performance and key insights for the team.
  

• Stay up-to-date with platform updates, retargeting best practices, and audience personalization techniques.
