Job Description

gTech Ads supports customers with media and technical services for all Ad products. This Digital Marketing Strategist role, based in Warsaw, Poland, focuses on supporting German-speaking clients. Responsibilities include collaborating with Account Managers, developing client solutions using Google's product suite, analyzing data to create insights, implementing solutions, tracking performance, and optimizing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, fluency in German and English, and a strong understanding of the German media landscape and Google's advertising solutions. The role involves working with cross-functional teams and demonstrating a data-driven approach.

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.
  • Ability to communicate in German and English fluently to support clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Understanding of Media landscape.
  • Knowledge of Google’s advertising solutions or similar digital advertising campaigns and platforms.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to demonstrate a data-driven approach when proposing solutions, providing actionable insights to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Trained on Digital Marketing Strategist, Customer Success Acceleration to become an expert in Google’s product suite, and in the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) team.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers/Account Executives to determine the optimal support for the client portfolio.
  • Develop and apply knowledge of the market, industry, products, and tools in preparation to offer solutions for clients' business challenges.
  • Analyze data and trends in order to create meaningful insights for clients.
  • Implement solutions, track performance, and optimize against advertiser goals.
